The Massachusettts WIC Participant System was developed years ago by Arthur
Anderson Consulting. This state-wide system runs with daily uploads and downloads
(overnight) at 140 sites in the state. My job was to go over every
bit of this complex program. to assure compliance with Y2K well before the
deadline. Although very little code was changed, this compliance effort
took three months of close inspection and rigorous testing of all modules.

These are some of my more serious programs. There have
also been many iterations of the typical generic Inventory, Rolodex,
and Mailing List type programs written in Clipper and FoxPro for
myself as well as for business people throughout MA and NH. I have
also used Clipper to create many ad hoc programs to do one time data
translations or special reports. I use third party libraries and
constantly recyle resources from past code.
